Prior to Rogue Media Group, LLC, Hamilton served as Director of Multimedia Sales of Earl G. Graves Publishing Co./Black Enterprise. Hamilton was responsible for all global sales and marketing activities within the beverage, government, military, technology and telecommunications categories. Hamilton brought Bacardi USA, BASF, CIA, Goldman Sachs & Co., IBM, Movado Timepiece, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Marines, and a portfolio of other enterprises to the company as roster clients to the publication. His focus was on Fortune 500 customer acquisitions, custom integrated media programs, improved operational efficiency, and execution, which led to significant company growth in excess of $30 million dollars during his tenure.
From 2002–2007, Hamilton was the Director of Advertising Sales for The Network Journal (TNJ). During his tenure, he spearheaded TNJ’s “25 Influential Women in Business” and “40 Under Forty” awards recognition programs. Additional, Hamilton created TNJ’s Top Black Lawyers and Top Black Doctors Forums. His client roster there included IBM, FedEx, GE, and Major League Baseball, Macy’s, to name a few.
Hamilton is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Air Force Reserve where he served with honors during tours of duty in England, Germany, Turkey and Panama. He held dual careers both in the aviation and healthcare industries. He was honorably discharged.
Today, Hamilton leadership extends beyond his C-suite at RMG. He contributes to many organizations and charities. Hamilton previously served as a board member for National Association of African American in Human Resources and ScottCare Foundation. He is a member of the Advertising Club of New York, the Financial Communications Society and the National Black MBA Association. Hamilton earned his A.A.S. from the Community College of the Air Force. In 2018, he received the Made Man Award, presented to him by Hakeem Jeffries, U.S. Representative for New York's 8th congressional district.

Aisha Bowe is a former NASA rocket scientist, award-winning Founder, and citizen astronaut who is redefining what it means to lead in science, education, and innovation. In 2025, she flew aboard Blue Origin’s New Shepard rocket as part of a historic all-female crew, conducting NASA-backed research and flight-qualified experiments in microgravity while carrying the Apollo 12 mission flag flown by astronaut Pete Conrad, a tribute to the legacy she now extends.

From discovering her love of math in community college to conducting NASA-backed research in microgravity, Aisha’s story has inspired millions. She’s been featured in ABC News, Entrepreneur, Essence, Elle, People, The Kelly Clarkson Show, and CBS Mornings. In 2025, Marcia joined Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) as Global Head of Culture and Inclusion for Capital Markets. In this role, Marcia will play a crucial role in amplifying the efforts of the Employee Resource Groups and Inclusion Councils. Additionally, she will help expand their talent and partnership strategies globally to align partner with Capital Markets growth strategy.
Marcia joined MassMutual in 2022 as the Head/Lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Executive. In this role, she spearheaded several innovative inclusion strategies, including advancing initiatives for Black consumers, HBCUs scholarship and talent strategies, along with implementing a Disability Inclusion strategy focused on WCAG accessibility policies.
Marcia joined Prudential in 2005 and held various roles throughout the enterprise including Group Insurance, Individual Life, Prudential Advisors/RAS, Individual Solutions Groups and Inclusive Solutions. In March 2014, Marcia was selected to participate in a leadership development rotation program to expand her business acumen which focused on the retail business 3k+ sales professionals. A key initiative included implementation of social media by enhancing and streamlining their advisors LinkedIn process.
During Marcia’s last rotation she elected to remain in Prudential Advisors Human Resource department in an Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) role. Marcia was instrumental in creating strategic business initiatives for I&D recruitment and business development. Due to restructuring, this role moved into the business and Marcia expanded her responsibilities to include business execution for ISG (Annuities, Individual Life and Prudential Advisors). Leading the work with a threeprong approach focusing on Culture, Talent and Business Impact, she managed this body of work for three business lines of over 7,000 employees. Her efforts continue to be a best-in-class practice across the firm. During this time of racial unjust and systematic racism, Marcia led multiple conversations around the U.S. businesses. More recently, her role expanded to provide consultation services for US Business supporting eight businesses, over 12,000 employees. In this role, Marcia uses data insights and analysis to help business president’s shape inform their leader led I&D strategy to increase business outcomes.
External to Prudential, Marcia has served in I&D leadership roles to strategize and implement inter-company programs that connects diverse candidates, such as Black Advisors, in their field to development opportunities in university (e.g., American College…) and corporate development programs (e.g., CALIBR, ELC,and Odyssey). She has also been instrumental in establishing partnerships with organizations such as McKinsey to enable leaders have the right data to understand and make progress on their I&D strategies. Marcia resides in West Orange, New Jersey with her husband, three children and two dogs.

Floyd W. Green, III is a philanthropist and founder of What a Concept LLC, a company focused on creating wow moments through strategic philanthropy. In 2021, he retired from Aetna, a CVS Health company, as Vice President of Community Affairs. Since 2004, his teams developed grassroots community-based strategies to assist in new business development, customer retention, and strategic partnerships. Because of his work, he speaks nationally on Strategic Philanthropy, Cultural Consciousness, Localization, How to Go to Market, and Marketing to Diverse Consumers. He also spends time advocating nationally the importance of STEAM vs STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Math). Floyd is the recipient of many professional and civic awards. Most recent include Black Doctors.org and Johns Hopkins Center for Health Disparities Solutions 45 most influential Blacks in Healthcare, The National Action Network’s National Merit Award, and the Martin Luther King National Service Award by the Institute for the Advancement of Multicultural and Minority Medicine (IAMMM) both in Washington, DC. He is a recipient of the CT Governor’s Patron of the Arts award, the National Council of Community and Justice’s (NCCJ) Human Relations award, the 2022 Bushnell’s Yandow Award for Arts Education, and the OnCon Icon 2020, 2021, and 2022 Top Marketer Award recognizing the top marketers in the world. He is a trained actor and a member of Actor’s Equity Association. He is also a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC), the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE), and lifetime members of the National Black MBA and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated. Floyd graduated from Lincoln University in Oxford, Pennsylvania, with a B.S. degree in History/Public Affairs. He received his MBA in Marketing/Strategy from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management, Malibu, California.
